Abstract
Those who prefer in-person instruction have found online learning to be challenging. Online learning can provide less education than in-person (Hodges et al. 2020).
The main problem of the study is to analyze how students perceive flexible learning and what strategies they do to cope with this situation. Online courses are preferable, especially for students away from their institution, as is widely known. Additionally, since they are solely at home, it gives students lots of free time.
The researcher selected 120 students to participate in the study. Students are aware of flexible learning and have adapted to it. For time management and self-autonomy, some people find it advantageous. However, some people find it challenging due to the difficulties they face because of flexible learning. On the other hand, students now use online platforms for communication. They also frequently ask their teachers and peers for help as they develop their adoption of flexible learning.
In connection, good communication helps in student adaption to flexible learning. It enables communication, cooperation, and a positive learning environment online. It is crucial to remove these obstacles, such as expanding internet accessibility and offering basic educational materials, to improve interpersonal communication.
