Abstract
Assessing one's readiness to enter the workforce can have a significant impact, particularly on prospective graduates. Knowing their strengths and limitations will help them reach their goals in the future because they will be able to spend more effort and attention on developing themselves in the areas where they have the most shortcomings. this research assessed the preparedness of the 4th year tourism industry to enter the workforce by ranking and assessing their skills in terms of Generic Skills, Concentration Area Skills and Functionality Area skills. The finding reveals that the majority of fourth year tourism students are more prepared to have generic leadership qualities since they are more capable of directing instructions. They have an average of functionality skills, because they are equipped with a variety of financial performance tools, techniques and methodologies and they have prepared concentration skills, because they can identify problems before their critical thinking skills.
