Abstract
The intern finished her intership at Ramon Magsaysay-Center for Agricultural Resources and Environment Studies (RM-CARES), Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija from September 18 to December 13, 2017. The RM-CARES consists of four divisions. Its communication system uses vertical and horizontal communications to make work more efficient and harmonious. The focus of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of IEC materials on Trichoderma spp., produced by Ramon Magsaysay-Center for Agricultural Resources and Environment Studies (RM-CARES), as perceived by Talugtug National High School senior high students was analyzed through survey questionnaire. The intern was involved in different production activities such as encoding, printing of materials, facilitating on the registration during trainings, photo documentation, writing minutes of meetings, photocopying, repacking of seeds and vegetables, weeding and watering of plants, analyzing data (rice panicles and such), assisting and evaluating visitors, transfering records (Technical Advisory Services and Trainings) and other clerical works.
