| dc.description.abstract | The PHINMA - Education Network is composed of various educational institutions, each with its own set of IT assets. These assets are vital for ensuring that the institution operates with excellence in both delivering quality education to its students, running its processes effectively and a receipt for their budget. The management of several IT resources, including hardware, software, licenses, and other technology-related resources, is under the responsibility of the university's IT services department. Since it consists of a single sheet containing bulk data, this could lead to issues and produce information that is unorganized. The purpose of this proposal is to design and develop an IT asset management system that can effectively replace the existing Google Sheets-based system and help the PHINMA - Education Network in managing, monitoring, producing accurate data analysis reports for its IT assets. Additionally, the system will tag each asset with a QR code to effectively and easily update their hardware and software assets. | |
