The respondents of this study are the students of Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. The researcher gathered 348 respondents which was divided into four (4) large number of colleges such as the College of Engineering (116), College of Agriculture (104), College of Arts and Sciences (80) and College of Education (48). Major findings of the study revealed that the respondents are utilizing the gay language as a medium of instruction in CLSU. Most of the respondents were socialized with their friends as they heard the gay language used in a exchanging of jokes. Gay language used as a medium of instruction of the faculties of CLSU like in storytelling and it had given smile to the students. But the study concludes that regardless of their sex, gay language was not as accepted particularly as a medium of instruction. The study recommends for the future studies that students would show a diverse opinion when it comes to acceptance of gay language as a medium of instruction and it would be better if the side of the side of the instruction would also be studied particularly their perception on the use of gay language as a medium for instruction.
