dc.description.abstractThis study conducted to know the relationship between breastfeeding, academic grades and Theory of Mind among Preschoolers. The findings in this study may contribute new information about breastfeeding, and theory of mind. The primary aim of the study is to know the relationship between breastfeeding, academic grades and theory of mind among 4 to 6 years old. The current study also sought to know the difference in academic grades between breastfeed and non-breastfeed. The study assessed the theory of mind of the participants using Wellman and Liu (2004) sequential progression of Theory of Mind Scale. The result showed that the respondents who breastfed have a higher academic grades. The higher the grades the higher the development of theory of mind. While the non-breastfeed related with the academic grades and theory of mind explains that non-breastfeed in terms of academic grades and theory of mind have a weak correlation. On the other hand, there is a significant realtionship between breastfeed and non-breastfeed in terms of academic grades and theory of mind among preschoolers.
