Abstract
The primary focus of this study is to identify the relationship of demographic characteristics, academic performance and academic mindset of High School and College Students in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. Using the Academic Mindset test form Mindworks by Carol Dweck, the academic mindset of the participants has been measured. The researcher also gathered some demographic characteristics of the participanta to be used in the study. The GPA of the participants is used to measure their academic performance. High school student participant's results found out that the age and academic performance has no significant realtionship while, both of the high school and college student participant's monthly income of their parents and their weekly allowance has significant realtionship with their academic performance although, the relationship is weak. In terms of the relationship of their demographic characteristics and academic mindset, results shows that they have no significant relationship for high school students while it shows significant relationship for college student participants but it has weak correlation. The findings also shows that the academic performance has no significant relationship with the high school student participant's academic mindset, although it shows a weak relationship for the college student participants.
