Working Millennials, or those who are born between 1980s-2000, comprise almost half of the labour force in the Philippines. The research assumed that family of origin health does affect marital attitude and expectations. Also, the differences among socio-demographic characteristics can also affect their marital attitude and expectations. All data were gathered from unmarried working millennials of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija Family of origin is the retrospective assessment of the family wherein respondents were raised while marital attitude and expectations is measured with intention to marry, general attitude toward marriage and aspects of marriage. Millennial profiles were included to know if it affected marital attitude and expectations. Descriptive statistics show that millennials have positive view on future marriage and they have healthy family origin. ANOVA shows the significant differences among specific socio-demographic characteristics (sex, relationship status, past relationships, sexual preference, occupation, salary and religion) and marital attitude and expectations. However, the family of origin have shown both weak levels of association with intent to marry and general attitude towards marriage while it has no relationship at all with aspects of marriage.
