Abstract
People tend to travel for leisure, business and other purposes. In terms of traveling, young tourists are more active and some studies have proven that they are the future of Tourism, thus, it is essential to know their responsibilities as tourist. This study used a descriptive quantitative design that describes the socio-demographic profile of the respondents and assess the behaviors of Tourism management students at CLSU in the aspect of Environmentally and Socially Responsible Behavior. An online survey questionnaire (Google Form) was utilized from 192 respondents per year level. Reliability testing was conducted for the research instrument used in this study. Likewise, the data gathered were analyzed with the use of frequencies, percentages and the mode of the variables which were completed in Microsoft Excel. As per the results of this study, Tourism Management students belong to young tourists who are active in traveling in the local context. the majority of the students have firm Environmentally and socially responsible behavior whenever they visit a place or tourists' destination. As the output of this study, the researchers have crafted recommendations for the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at CLSU to further strengthens the student's behavior towards environmentally responsible behavior and socially responsible behavior and for others that benefited from this study.
