The posts to the Instagram page of Boiling Waters in the month of February was analyzed using the Internet linguistic theory of David Crystal (2011) and the Linguistic Deviation Theory of Geoffrey Leech and Mick Short (2007). The results revealed that in terms of semantic deviation hashtag prove to have an important role in developing new vocabularies and language styles in the internet. Moreover, the syntactic deviation occurred in all of the seventeen posts through the use of code switching. Furthermore capitalization, punctuations and hashtags used to highlight the important meaning of the words. Consequently, the study shows that through the theory of internet linguistic and linguistic deviation, the development occurred in the internet when the language used most of the time.
