| dc.description.abstract | The present study aims to know how the academic achievers achieved being academic achiever achieved being academically successful as a University Scholar. Using semi-structured interview data were gathered. The data gathered were analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological analysis (IPA). It was found that the academic achievers were able to manage their time, handle their pressures by having self-management, have an inspiration from their intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and continue reaching their goals and giving importance to learning by having the pursuit of knowledge. | |
