This study was undertaken to collect and isolate enteric bacteria from CLSU water system and characterize based on its morphological and cultural characteristics. Determine the antibacterial activity of four traditional varieties of O. sativa through disc diffusion assay as eradicant against Kluyvera ap and Acinetobacter sp. To validate the antibacterial properties of Four traditional varieties of Oryza sativa against Kluyvera sp. and Acinetobacter sp. ethanol extract is better than hexane extract based on the present of the antibacterial property against Khyvera sp. and Acinebacter sp. The results showed ethanol of O. sativa showed potential antibacterial activity.
