Abstract
This quantitative descriptive-correlational study generally intended to know the relationship between Children-in-Conflict-with-the-Law's Crime-Analogous Behavior, Schwartz's Value Theory and Five Factor Model. It hypothesized that CICL's Crime Analogous Behavior that there is significant relationship towards values and traits. Thus, predicting Crime-Analogous through Values and Traits. Results showed that CICL's dominant values is Universalism while Power is the least dominant values followed by Conservation as the dominant higher values order and Self-Enhancement is the least dominant higher order. The CICL's dominant Trait is Agreeableness while Neuroticism is the least dominant Trait. The CICL's dominant Crime-Analogous Behavior is Alcoholism while Vandalism is the least dominant Crime-Analogous Behavior. The findings of the study shows that there is no significant relationship between Behavior. Values and traits indicating that values and traits does not directly influence behavior. There is no longer further use for predictive analysis since the correlation results showed no significance. It can be inferred from the findings that values and traits has no direct impact towards behavior. However, individual results of each variables provides an interesting implication towards CICL since similar demographics from past studies showed that they should act in a way that befits them. The results showed a contrasting result and their time in the rehabilitation process might have developed changes in them.
