Abstract
Effective inventory management is crucial for businesses handling stock, as traditional manual processes are error-prone and time-intensive. Modern software optimizes storage, streamlines ordering, and reduces inaccuracies. Jorizen Wardrobe and Apparel Store, a growing business in Lupao, Nueva Ecija, faces challenges in managing inventory, generating sales reports, and tracking employee attendance due to reliance on manual logbooks. This study proposes a web-based inventory management system using QR codes to enhance item tracking, integrate stock alerts, and streamline data entry. Additionally, it aims to optimize employee attendance and salary management, automate sales report generation, and employ image verification for attendance accuracy. A chatbot feature will address customer inquiries, improving satisfaction and reducing workload.
